“BTBI tore off a concrete deck and much of the structure under it, due to moisture damage from 15 years of water infiltration. The deck was built over a portion of the garage (approx 8 feet in width) and due to poor original construction techniques, much rot had developed in the structure. BTBI had bid the original concrete removal, installation of a new water-proof membrane, replacement of the exposed aggregate concrete deck, and all necessary siding repair, etc. involved with the removal. When we discovered the rotted area’s, we discussed several possible repairs, decided on the appropriate one, and they did all the structure repair. This was all done on a Time and Material basis, and they were extremely fair in all their charges. I would definitely recommend them for work, and would use them again, if the need arises.”

We recently had siding, decking and exterior painting completed by BTBI. We knew our siding needed repair. Based on what was visible, we were not entirely sure what we were getting into until some removal of material had been completed. BTBI was extremely thorough and honest with their assessment. They offered several options. Necessary repairs, recommendations based on future wear, and also advisement to modify and upgrade. Repairs were completed and we are so happy with the results!
