"We were referred to BTBI for our en-suite renovation by one of their satisfied clients and Nick & his crew did not disappoint.  Nick (and Nick) did an amazing job!  Along with Krystle’s incredible design skills, they transformed our bathroom from a dark, 30-year old room to a beautiful bright space - the best part is the heated floors!
Renovation aside, we were also impressed at their timeliness and how they cleaned up every day after they left.  They were prompt in their communication during the remodel and didn’t drop the ball on anything.  They also were so careful with our indoor pets to not accidentally let them outside while going in and out of the door... it’s those little things that we were impressed with and appreciated the most!
The en-suite was our first remodeling priority, and we are already planning our next room. Â We'll definitely be using BTBI again!"

"BTBI tore off a concrete deck and much of the structure under it, due to moisture damage from 15 years of water infiltration. The deck was built over a portion of the garage (approx 8 feet in width) and due to poor original construction techniques, much rot had developed in the structure. BTBI had bid the original concrete removal, installation of a new water-proof membrane, replacement of the exposed aggregate concrete deck, and all necessary siding repair, etc. involved with the removal. When we discovered the rotted area's, we discussed several possible repairs, decided on the appropriate one, and they did all the structure repair. This was all done on a Time and Material basis, and they were extremely fair in all their charges. I would definitely recommend them for work, and would use them again, if the need arises."

"We recently had siding, decking and exterior painting completed by BTBI.  We knew our siding needed repair. Based on what was visible, we were not entirely sure what we were getting into until some removal of material had been completed.
